Lettisha Harvey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York. Lettisha has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016. She has gained most of her experience with toddlers and early adolescents and has provided services in center and home-based settings. She loves collaborating with parents and caregivers to provide high quality services. Lettisha’s areas of expertise are natural environment teaching, decreasing challenging behaviors, early learning, and promoting independence. Lettisha is motivated by the changes and differences that are made in the lives of the clients she serves.

Rosemary Yim, BCBA

Rosemary is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yale University and master’s degrees in Education from the University of New Haven and Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. Rosemary is passionate about providing individualized behavior analytic services to learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders from ages 3 through 22. She enjoys collaborating with parents to affect lasting change for their children and enhance their overall quality of life.

Jennifer M. Long, LCSW

Jennifer M. Long is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey.

Jennifer obtained hermaster’s in social workfrom Rutgers University, with a focus on Social Policy and Planning. With extensive experience in various social service agencies, Jennifer has worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Transitioning from management to clinical work, Jennifer now serves as a psychotherapist with POSS, providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents and parent education to caregivers. Through identifying needs and triggers, Jennifer introduces strategies to address them holistically. Outside of session, Jennifer offers practical exercises to reinforce what is learned during therapy. Jennifer incorporates cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and strengths-based approaches to help clients recognize the impact of their thoughts and feelings on their behavior. Farzeen has been working in the Field of behavior Analysis since 2012. She earned her master’s degree in education with a focus on Autism in 2013. Farzeen Has worked with children ages 2-18 and has worked in home as well as clinical settings. She has deep experience helping children acquire skills as well as Naturalistic Environment Training (NET). Farzeen has experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help individuals learn to lead more fulfilling lives by being as independent as possible.

Miranda Phillips, LSW

Clinical Coordinator | IIC/Psychotherapy Services

Mirandah Phillips is a Licensed Social Worker and veteran of the United States Airforce. She is currently working as a Clinical Coordinator for IIC and Psychotherapy department with POSS. Mirandah actively plays a role in the
agency’s day to day operations by managing all Intensive in community services with the care management organizations. She is also managing the daily operations of outpatient therapy services. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Rutgers University and her Master’s degree in Social Work at Seton Hall University. Mirandah is dedicated to working with children and families. She has much experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis de- escalation, and parent child conflict. Mirandah uses CBT, mindfulness
and play therapy.

Mikaela Grande, MAP, BCBA

Mikaela is a native Monmouth County Resident who graduated from Rutgers University with both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Psychology. She went on to obtain her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. Mikaela is currently a Clinical Manager at Progressive Option Support Services. She has an extraordinary commitment and passion for providing high quality services. Mikaela’s approach demonstrates a collaborative and activity based nature that upholds the standards of ABA.

Fabiola Medrano, M.S., BCBA

Fabiola serves as the Operations Manager for the ABA department of POSS. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than five years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Speech Disorders from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. Fabiola has worked in-home, schools and clinic settings providing both in-person and telehealth services. She strives to help people achieve their goals and has focused her career pursuits on working with vulnerable populations as a behavior analyst.

Fabiola’s clinical experience in ABA includes children and teenagers diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, specifically in the treatment of independent living skills, verbal behavior and toilet training. She is committed to providing ethical and high quality services to families with children on the Spectrum. Finally, Fabiola promotes collaboration with other services to provide a well-rounded approach to therapy while including family members in the process.

Jaclyn Staropoli, MS, BCBA, LBA

Jaclyn Staropoli is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has a bachelor’s degree in speech and language disorders, audiology, and neuroscience and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Jaclyn has clinical experience in ABA in the school setting, in-home setting, and center-based with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other related disorders. Jaclyn specializes in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) use and severe maladaptive behaviors. Jaclyn also emphasizes the importance of collaboration between all providers and caregivers.

Kerry Pitter, Psy.D., BCBA

Guy J. Beauduy, Jr. is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. He is also certified as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). He received his Master’s Degree in Mental Health/Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision Ph.D. program at Montclair State University. He was chosen as a Doctoral Fellow for the National Board of Certified Counselors in 2021.

Guy primarily conducts individual and group therapy with adolescents and their families. His experience includes working with transition youth, outpatient substance abuse with adult populations, individualized behavior therapy, vocational rehabilitation counseling, interpersonal conflict, anger management, working with college students, and identity development (racial, cultural, gender, sexuality).

Guy utilizes a culturally sensitive, integrated approach to therapy which includes modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, structural family therapy, and relational mindfulness. Guy’s approach is rather calm, supportive, and client/family-centered.

Mia S. Howard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ. She graduated from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services with her MSW in 2008 and also graduated from Bank Street College of Education with a Masters in Education in 1991. Additionally, Mia holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University’s Graduate School of Psychology. She has a National Certification as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and is also a Certified Yoga Teacher. Mia has received a post graduate certificate from at New Jersey Institute for the Study of Psychoanalysis, where she is currently a candidate.
Mia works with children, adolescents, and adults. Mia is dedicated to social justice and inclusion for all. Her areas of specialization are trauma, gender dysphoria, depression, and anxiety. Lee Gleckel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Jersey and a Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Educational Psychology in the State of New York. Lee completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. She graduated Cum Laude Undergraduate with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education.

Lee has over 15 years of practical experience in a variety of environments and capacities. She provides therapy for individuals, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Lee has worked with clientele with different levels of care including inpatient, outpatient, court mandated and residential treatment. Brielle Heinl, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Brielle Heinl is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst. She also holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and completed coursework towards certification as a BCBA from the University of Massachusetts.

During her career, Brielle has had the opportunity to work with individuals ages 3-21 in a variety of settings including summer camp, home-based, center-based, and school-based programs. Throughout the past twelve years in the field, she has gained experience in teaching social skills, adaptive skills, communication, and managing challenging behavior. She has served in a variety of leadership positions including a head teacher at a charter school for students with autism and the clinical director at a private school for students with autism. Brielle has extensive experience in parent training, along with staff training and supervision. She has guided many behavior technicians to obtain their RBT credential and enjoys mentoring those new to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Brielle’s current area of professional focus is serving children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In her role as a BCBA, she conducts functional behavioral assessments and initial assessments, develops behavior intervention plans, and creates individualized programming. continually monitors the effectiveness of interventions for her clients. She is passionate about engaging families in parent training and improving the quality of life for all her clients.

Amyn Pelaez, MA

Amyn Pelaez-Camacho is currently a student in the School Psychology Psy.D. program at Rutgers University-GSAPP. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Montclair State University. Her graduate degree was completed at Kean University in Forensic Psychology. Additionally, Amyn has vast experience working with children with ASD in behavioral health agencies and working with forensic populations. She hopes to continue to enhance her experience with children and families throughout her doctoral studies and later in her career.

Rebecca Ulysse, MPA

Rebecca Ulysse is currently working as a Resource Specialist with POSS. Rebecca actively plays a role in the agency’s day to day operations. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Public Administration at Kean University. Rebecca graduated Summa Cum Laude with a focus on Health Services Administration. She is passionate about access to quality healthcare and looks forward to furthering her career in health and human services.

Alyssa Marmo is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. Alyssa is currently working towards obtaining licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential. She is actively being supervised by an LCSW. Alyssa completed her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. Alyssa’s training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and social-behavioral approaches.

She provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has worked with clients at various levels of care including intensive outpatient, group therapy, and intensive individualized behavioral therapy. Alyssa also works as a parent and wellness coach.

She completed a master’s degree in Special Education with emphasis in Severe Emotional Disturbances at the University of Texas at El Paso and when she discovered that Applied Behavior Analysis combined two of her passions: Education and Psychology, she attended to Florida Institute of Technology to complete ABA coursework necessary to get certified as a Behavior Analyst. As a Behavior Analyst, Adriana has worked with children and adults with different developmental delays. Most of her work has been with preschool aged children assisting with developing skills in the area of self-help, feeding, socialization and communication.

Gabrielle “Sophia” Ruby is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a more than five years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated with an undergraduate and master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Kansas and became board certified in shortly thereafter. Gabrielle has a natural talent for helping other and wanted to focus her career pursuits on working with vulnerable populations as a behavior analyst.

Her clinical experience in ABA has been primarily in early intervention with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, specifically in the treatment of feeding disorders, severe maladaptive behaviors, and verbal behavior. Her research experience has been in bullying and behavior skills training. Gabrielle focuses heavily on child-led and natural environment teaching; however, she believes that every child deserves individualized treatment that best promotes independence.

Theresa Stovell, BCBA

Theresa Stovell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with much experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism. She graduated from the City University of New York- Hunter College Graduate School of Education where she completed coursework for certification of a BCBA. Prior to this she completed Master’s programs and was certified in Elementary Education, Early Childhood education and Learning and Behavioral Disorders and was employed with NYC public schools. Her employment with New York public schools began her 30+ years career teaching Special Education. After 10 years in the classroom and 1year as an administrator ( Crisis Intervention Teacher, Assistant Special Education Supervisor 6th grade Dean all at the same time), she began a career in Early intervention. She began teaching infants, toddlers and pre-K students full time specializing in medically fragile, super preemies, rare genetic disorder, Trisomy 21 including Mosaic Down’s, and since 2004, those with ASD.

Her love of teaching reading and writing was reignited when she branched out to treating school age children privately. Her desire to become a BCBA was initially the result of a rumor that only those with the credential would be permitted to continue treating those with ASD. It was fostered by the realization that she would be able to provide instruction to teachers and others in each child’s circle of support to facilitate skills acquisition and improved care. Her goals include minimizing or preventing the need for Special Education service for individuals with ASD and in the case of those already in Special education, supporting them to ultimately exit the special needs programs or move to a less restrictive environment. She is a firm believer in “Each one teach one, Each one reach one”., using the structured evidenced-based approach of ABA and Verbal Behavior.

Belgica has experience working in outpatient clinics where she provided therapeutic care for clients with substance and alcohol addiction. Most of her work has been done with women who are experiencing anxiety and depression due to general life stressors. She also has experience working with female populations who have been victims of abuse and domestic violence.

She specializes in Play and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Belgica works collaboratively with clients to create individual treatment plans that incorporate highly personalized strategies specific to her client’s needs. Barrington Hibbert is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. Barrington completed his Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling degree from Walden University, a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. Barrington also holds a Ph.D in theology from Trinity Theological Seminary. Barrington’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, with a preference for Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered Counseling approaches. Barrington is also credentialed in disaster mental health counseling by the Mental Health Academy, and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), and is a board certified counselor at the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).

Barrington provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. He has experience working in the hospital outpatient mental health setting, treating clients at various levels of care and presenting problems. Amanda she completed the required training and supervised hours to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in her home state of NJ. Amanda has worked as a social worker in various settings such as schools, residential facilities, and outpatient offices working with children, adolescents, and their families to provide counseling, case management, and educational support.

Amanda takes a strength based and trauma informed approach to treatment where she incorporates various models such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and family systems theory in her treatment. Amanda prioritizes helping clients by supporting and meeting them where they are when they seek therapy. Stephanie LaPersonne, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey.

Stephanie majored in Sociology at Loyola University Maryland where she completed undergraduate coursework while graduating Cum Laude. She then received a Master’s in Social Work at Rutgers University. After graduating, Stephanie gained experience working as a therapist using a family systems approach when providing therapy services to families in group settings and when meeting with children individually. She also has extensive experience working with aging adults who are experiencing difficulties with loss and grief and managing the progression of chronic illnesses.

Stephanie provides care for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families working to manage issues impacting all aspects of life including school, work, and relationships. Jamill Baker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience as a mental health therapist. He received his master’s degree from the University of Southern California and completed additional certification in Motivational interviewing and Problem Solving Therapy.

Jamill also completed certification in ARC Grow from Rutgers University that he actively uses when taking a family systems approach to providing therapeutic care. He has worked in outpatient facilities and has done extensive work with individuals who are suffering from alcohol and/or drug addiction.

Jamill primarily works with male populations. He has worked with individuals who have trauma histories, who have suffered abuse and neglect; with individuals who have difficulties regulating their emotions, and those who are victims as well as perpetuators of domestic violence. Jamill also supervises LSWs who are pursuing their clinical hours towards licensure.

For younger children, Erica uses art therapy as well, as a means to facilitate expression and communication in response to traumatic events. Zeina Alturk is a NYS Licensed Mental Health counselor and NJ State Licensed Professional Counselor. Zeina is a graduate of the mental health counseling program at CUNY Hunter College.

Zeina has vast experience working with children and young adults. She worked in career counseling centers guiding college students choose the careers and meet the goals they have for themselves. Zeina’s counseling style is warm, welcoming and non-judgmental. She believes therapy should be a safe space where individuals can share what is on their minds and in their hearts. Her approach to therapy includes cognitive behavioral, functional family therapy, trauma focused and person centered. Carl Grimm, LCSW

Carl T Grimm is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and New Jersey. He graduated from Columbia School of Social Work. Carl supervises the practice of many of our clinicians.

Carl is a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist-CCBT, a title granted by the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists in 2002. Additionally, Carl received a certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute in 2007. He has also received advanced training and certifications in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute. He uses his clinical judgement to discern which is the right approach or combination of approaches to engage clients in the therapeutic process.

Roderick D. Singleton, LCSW

Roderick Singleton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. He completed his Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and has been certified in Motivational Interviewing and Behavioral Couples Therapy for Substance Abuse Disorders.

Roderick provides individual, group and couples therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. He has worked as Care Manager with the UCMO’s, acted as Social Work/Discharge planner for the Department of Corrections of New Jersey and as a clinician on the Inpatient and Outpatient Units at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Roderick uses many evidence-based treatment techniques as part of his clinical practice. Whether seeing an individual, couples, or families, Roderick utilizes his strong clinical background and knowledge of theory to provide the most appropriate psychotherapy tailored to the client. He utilizes various evidenced based approaches to address challenges while meeting patients where they are to collaborate and assist them along the change process. He sees therapy as an opportunity to work together to connect the dots and heal by addressing life stressors and challenges that become overwhelming at times. She has experience working with Adult and Child Psychiatric patients at Beth Israel Hospital and St. James Hospital in New Jersey. She has extensive experience working with children with disabilities and special needs.

Shaynna earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She has received a Certification in Advance Clinical Practice from New York University – Post Masters Social Work Program.

Shaynna provides supervision for bachelor’s and master’s level Social Work students. And provides clinical supervision for master’s level LCSW candidates.

She provides individual and group therapy. Professionalism, communication, and quality therapeutic services are her strengths. Michelle majored in Psychology at Brooklyn College where she completed her undergraduate coursework and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Psychology at Towson University. She completed the required training to receive her licensing as a Professional Counselor in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University. After several years in practice, Michelle expanded her foundation of expertise through completing an Applied Behavioral Analysis program at Penn State University where she earned her Graduate Certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Dr. Rodriguez possesses a Ph.D. in Psychology and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of NJ. Driven by a passion and the well-being of others, her goals include keeping families together and helping individuals be their best.

Dr. Rodriguez provides supervision and training to licensed associate counselors who are working toward licensure for independent practice. She believes it is important that clinicians are appropriately prepared to meet the mental health challenges of their clients.

Melanie Mollozzi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She currently holds certification as a Clinical Social Work Supervisor. She completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, where she also completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Melanie is experienced in providing evaluations, case management services, therapy, and support to address the needs of children from preschool through high school, as well as their families. She has worked with clients at various levels of care ranging from outpatient services to more intensive levels of care including residential treatment. Additionally, she provides clinical supervision to Licensed Social Workers working toward their clinical licensure.

While her primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral in nature, she uses a strengths-based perspective and incorporates techniques from solution focused lens, as well as other treatment modalities based on individualized needs of each client.

Melanie focuses on meeting each client where they are at the inception of treatment. Once the starting point is established, Melanie facilitates the growth process by helping her clients explore the impact of current behavior on overall functioning. Her goal is to identify barriers to client functioning, and to explore ways to overcome those barriers. Through the therapeutic process, the client is expected to establish a safe and supportive environment to share their thoughts, beliefs and attitudes to improve their overall quality of life.

Sheena Yenchak, MAE, BCBA

Sheena Yenchak currently holds certification a as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, School Psychometrist, K-6 special education teacher through the state of New Jersey and has a Master’s of Arts in Collaborative Education grades K-12 from the University of Alabama Birmingham. She completed coursework toward certification as a BCBA form the Florida Institute of Technology.

During her teaching career, she had the opportunity to both attend and present at many professional development seminars on classroom management and behavior modification. Sheena has a wealth of experience with children classified with educational disabilities. Over the past 15 years, she has taught pre‐Kindergarten to 6th grade in a range of school settings, including full inclusion, resource instruction, self-contained, and a comprehensive treatment center. As an educator, she had the privilege of serving her students, parents, and colleagues in a variety of leadership positions such as lead teacher, Intel Teach selected participant, assistive technology representative, and inclusion programming leader.

Her current area of professional focus is serving children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In her role as a BCBA, she conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments, develops Behavior Improvement Plans, and continually monitors the effective of interventions for her clients. She also shares a love for movement and dance!!

Kerry Pitter, Psy.D., BCBA

Dr. Pitter serves as the Clinical and Managing Director of POSS. As a licensed psychologist in NY and NJ, she primarily works with college students, young adults, and adults to relieve symptoms of stress related to anxiety, depression, and low-self-confidence. Dr. Pitter received her doctoral degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Upon completion of her post-doctoral internship, she worked for private agencies delivering in-home therapeutic services. She has also worked in residential facilities, university clinics and has done consulting work for private and public schools. She is formerly an adjunct professor in psychology who has taught classes in Developmental Psychology and Psychological Testing and Assessment at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Pitter specializes in assessment and evaluation and provides these services to county and local municipalities. Some of these assessments are for court-involved children and adolescents.

In her therapeutic practice, she uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Dr. Pitter recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and therefore tailors treatment accordingly, while placing emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and striving to create a healing environment. Her views of therapy are one that is a guided discovery in which clients examine issues, gain new perspectives, and develop and practice coping skills. She prioritizes empathy, collaboration, and goal-orientation while helping people identify and change ineffective patterns of thinking, to live a fuller and satisfying life.

Dr. Pitter also has experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Post-doctoral certification was earned as Board Certified Behavior Analyst after completing the advanced-ABA program at the City University of New York (CUNY). Although she primarily diagnoses individuals suspected of having autism, she also oversees appropriate treatment planning for individuals with ASD.
